Our workshops engage individuals and groups from churches and community groups to build collective action and strengthen services to their communities. You will be invited to topical workshops that are relevant to the course you have purchased.
Bringing together frontline community workers
Equipping churches and community groups, our workshops bring together mentors and community programme managers. Workshops engage community leaders, church youth workers, mentors and volunteers to improve the mentoring services and mental health support available for vulnerable people.
How will our workshops help you?
As churches, community groups and organisations gain a greater understanding of mental health and become trained to mentor, they become equipped to support marginalised areas of their community. Participating in workshops will equip you to provide needs-based support that works together to identify gaps in service provision, therefore reducing barriers that often prevent those in need from accessing support.
